Erik Ulland, MD

Erik Ulland, MD, serves as medical director of a comprehensive DBT Female Adolescent Residential Care and as the director of DBT services for one of the countries largest non-profit behavioral health organizations. A board-certified general and child and adolescent psychiatrist, Dr. Ulland established a comprehensive DBT program for high-school aged females in 2014. He previously directed a child and adolescent inpatient program within the same organization. Dr. Ulland has lectured to professionals and the general public on a range of topics related to pediatric psychiatry. He is currently working with a team of DBT leaders in the organization to build training and supervision of clinicians who use DBT.  He started working with Jo about two years ago, and nothing’s been the same.  No, seriously, nothings been the same.  Psssst!  H E L P — Call the authorities.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Jolie Fritz, LPC

Co-host

Jolie Fritz, LPC, is the lead therapist for a comprehensive DBT residential program for high-school aged females. She had over 3000 hours of training and supervision in DBT as a therapist prior to starting work on the residential unit.  She works on a DBT leadership team to help standardizing DBT across levels of care within one of the countries larges non profit behavioral health organizations. She participates actively in the training and supervision of therapists and staff interested in learning the ins and outs of providing DBT.
